4. Rights & Obligations

    • Determine the schedule, format, and media for advertisement placement.

    • Suspend or terminate campaigns in case of violations or technical issues.

    • Use non-personal data for analysis, optimization, and service improvement.

  • User’s Rights

    • Receive services as per the package ordered and paid for.

    • Submit inquiries, complaints, or requests for changes in accordance with the service agreement.

5. Payment

  1. All service fees must be paid in accordance with Mauiklan.com’s payment policies.

  2. Payments are considered valid only when received in full in Mauiklan.com’s official account.

  3. Late payments may result in service delays or cancellations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mauiklan.com shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

  • Errors in advertising content provided by the User.

  • Technical disruptions beyond our control (e.g., network outages, natural disasters, force majeure).

  • Advertising results that do not meet expectations, provided that services were delivered as agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, systems, and materials on Mauiklan.com’s website are the property of the company and protected by law.

  • Advertising content remains the property of the User, but the User grants Mauiklan.com the right to display it across agreed media platforms.

8. Privacy

Mauiklan.com protects Users’ personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Mauiklan.com may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the website and become effective upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if not possible, through applicable legal procedures in Indonesia.
